I bought a "solid silver cross" which turned out tobe silver plated copper, I re-ported this to the seller who insisted on me returning the item even though I had sent photoes to him/her. I asked if the y would pay P&P I had no answer, ebay agreed that I should return it and the seller would have top pay P&P. I returned the item, funny when I emailed the seller they said that they had refunded the purchase price, but not the P&P. Now I have tried to complain to ebay but I cannot as the case is closed, so there is no more help. The money is very little but the rubbish this seller is selling they should not even be on ebay, if they say it is silver and it is not surley this is fraud.
