Resolution Center NOT working

The resolution center and more specifically the opening a new case action appears not be working for 2 days now. I have been trying to open a case and it comes up with,

 

"Sorry, our system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later or you can try to resolve the issue contacting the seller". 

 

Only yesterday I created another post and was advised to create a 'case' but I cannot. So the time is passing and I cannot do anything about it. 

 

I tried to use the 'have eBay call you' option but the numbers accepted are only UK numbers.

 

will keep on trying the resolution center!!! 😞

If you are using an app ditch it and switch to the more reliable desktop browser.

 

Switch browsers to either Firefox or Chrome,  both eBay friendly.

 

Now today is eBay's maintenance day so it may well still not work,   as many options and functions become unavailable from time to time,  so if you have switched devices try later today,   or tomorrow to open that case.

 

You have 30 days from last estimated date of delivery to open that case.

Have you ever managed to open a case on ebay.co.uk?  As you are in Cyprus, perhaps going through .com might be better.
