Requesting a refund

Do I have to open a Paypal account in order to claim a refund. I use Credit card for purchasesbut a few months back I was told by a seller that as they are paid by Paypal I could not claim a refund without having a Paypal  account. Any answers please.  gajet

If you Paid by Card PayPal will have processed your Payment. Check your Payments and Messsges.  You should have a Link there with a Transaction Number.
