Request feedback removal

After getting some odd feedback from a customer, they tell me it was for the wrong item and that can I to request to get it removed however I’m struggling to work out how to do this. Any help?

as the bad comment is on a green dot you cannot revise it and only eBay can remove the comment which they might do if you or the buyer contacts them.

Go to the bottom of your feedback page - Send Feedback Revision Request.

Thanks for this, however when I click that it says none of my feedback is eligible for revision
