Hi guys we purchased a phone case that is shocking quality and 100% fake leather. The seller knows its fake obviously so we left negative feedback, very rare for us but so annoyed. Now we have emails every day, just asking us to change feedback and having a go, we have asked him to stop but he wont. I read there is supposed to be a report button to alert ebay but can't see this, has the process changed? Thanks in advance I just want this awful seller to go away, it's the principle now.
follow john1297576 advice, but I must say that you are very unlucky in that you have the exact same complaint against a seller in china and a seller in UK.
