Report a seller

Hi guys we purchased a phone case that is shocking quality and 100% fake leather. The seller knows its fake obviously so we left negative feedback, very rare for us but so annoyed. Now we have emails every day, just asking us to change feedback and having a go, we have asked him to stop but he wont.  I read there is supposed to be a report button to alert ebay but can't see this, has the process changed? Thanks in advance I just want this awful seller to go away, it's the principle now.

There is a report button on EVERY item, but it needs to be used BEFORE you buy.

What you shoud be doing is opening a Not As Described case to get a refund. Why ever did you not read the Money Back Guarantee, it is on every listing, top right. Seller even has to provide a Reply Paid Return Label and on return refund in full.

Feedback is the last thing you deal with.

Only one of your sellers is complaining? Is the one you meant to leave it for, or the one you left the same comment for by mistake?

If the latter, at the very least you should add a follow-up feedback to explain your mistake. Better still, contact eBay customer support to see whether they will remove it for you.

follow  advice, but I must say that you are very unlucky in that you have the exact same complaint against a seller in china and a seller in UK.
