Removing completed transaction

I have a completed transaction in which the seller has made a refund on via paypal that has completed,but ebay will not let me remove it from my list of purchases.any ideas

You cannot delete purchases, only hide them using link top left of list.

Thats the problem the hide choice is not there all others are ,It also states payment is pending ,but Paypal says it is completed
