Removed item copyright

I had an item removed for copyright. Which was just a resale of an item I purchased a few years ago.

I posted the item but not allowed to mark as despatched at the item is not available due to being removed. Would I still get paid for the item I sold?

It's probably not so much "copyright" but more VeRo in that brand holders do not want their items sold on eBay.   I am not quite sure as to why you have sent the item if you have not been paid!

Also ebay are suspicious that you are trading as private seller, you admit printing items yourself, so need to upgrade to business. https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/selling-policies/business-seller-policy?id=4710

Payment is on hold, due to being a new seller I have my payments on hold
for a month on each transaction
