Remove negative buyers feedback

A buyer got disappointed with an item he brought from me (despite having described and pictured the item clearly). Fine, I offer to refund him. The buyer refuses. OK. I then offer him to compensate him. He agrees. A seller and to keep my buyer happy, I compensate him twice as much as the buyer agreed to. The buyer took my generous compensation, kept the item I sold him and.. Despite all that, left me an unsubstantiated negative comment.

I reached out to the buyer to change his comment, reminding him all I've done and that he's now treating me frossly unfairly. He refuses to alter his comment.

I'm relatively new to ebay and have 33 good feedback against only this one negative comment. I want to get this comment removed from ebay and can evidence to eBay my vmunicatiom to the buyer evidencing all of the above, how can I ask eBay to remove this comment? Please help.

You should also be aware that you have no protection with PayPal for gold.

You can Contact Ebay but I doubt they will Remove the Feedback. It doesn't break any Feedback Policy.

You obviously don't realise you can't Send those Coins by Royal Mail First Class ???  You would receive No Compensation if Lost or Damaged in the Post.

Anything Sold for Over £50.00 should be sent by Special Delivery.
