I have had a pair of shoes listed for around 1 week now; 1day to go whilst on a £880 bid eBay have de listed my item for apparent un authenticity, this is however wrong. My item is 100% authentic and I quiet honestly don't know what eBay are doing. They have stated if I attempt to relist my item I could face account restrictions, what do I do ? I can't see to get through on a live chat to talk to somebody, help would be great here,
thanks.
Hi
Basically what has happened is.....either the brand owner has reported your item or other members have reported your item as possibly fake. Some brand owners only allow their items to be sold through their official outlets.
What you must NOT do is relist the item that has been removed. If you do then Ebay will probably suspend your account from selling either temporarily or permanently. The problem is that Ebay do not actually get to see items listed on their site so do not know if they are genuine or not.
There is honestly no point in chatting to Ebay CS.
