Hi I was sent a returns label and I see from the tracking it has been refused at the destination where do I go from here please I am so unhappy about this whole purchase the seller has not been very helpful
Escalate your return case to ebay asap (after at least 3 working days) and you should get the refund. ebay usually only require attempted delivery for returns.
