Refusal to sell item at auction price

I have successfully bid for a nest of tables, but the seller refuses to honour the contract thus entered into. How can I complain to eBay about this seller? He has simply refunded my money, but I want to hold him to the sale or alternativbely see his account terminated.

Nobody needs sellers like that on eBay.

You cant force them to sell or get them removed from ebay

You can leave feedback to let others know that they did not honour the sale

You have to be careful what you say not mentionin dispute or ebay 

If they refunded for the wrong reasons then they will pay the final value fees and a defect on their account
