I posted an item to a buying using Ebay packlink (Hermes) when I tracked the item they had tried to deliver 3 times, then said they needed more details from me to return it. I have contacted Hermes without success in getting the matter dealt with...it may have got lost apparently. As they have supposedly completed the matter I can't get compensation from Hermes. Do I still have to pay the buyer as she has not received the item. Not sure what to do here. Thanks for any help
If you bought through packlink then that is who you claim from not Hermes
