Refunds request accidentally cancelled

I accidentally close my refund request. I messaged the seller and they are not responding. How can i reopen the return and refund request.

I am sorry to say that you cannot through eBay. Once closed you do not get another chance. I doubt the seller will help.  You "may" be able to open a case in Paypal depending on the circumstances. You must escalate if you do within 2 to 20 days.
