You haven't told us when and how you paid for this, when it was delivered and why you want to return it? We also need to know what procedure you have followed so far, and what is the sticking point? Is it that you don't have a printer? We can't help you there, you would need to get someone with a printer to print it for you. Or buy one - budget prinyters are very cheap today.
