I have refunded a buyer Via PayPal for a item. Would Ebay charge me another refund if I cancel order or relist item?

Its possible they could want you to refund your buyer again if you open the cancellation

You should not have refunded through paypal

All problems are done through the resolution centre at the bottom of the page and refunds done that way

You wont be charged for relisting if you have  free listings

Try and contact ebay and tell them you refunded through paypal

If you dont get it sorted out then you will be paying the ebay fees

Top of thepage under Help and contact then scroll down to the bottom of that page

and see if there are any contact details

It is very hard to get them at the moment and there is no phone contact
