I have sold an item on ebay and I have paid for Hermes to collect it yesterday. They still haven't come today even though it's still live for collection on the tracking. I've emailed the buyer to say this is why it's late and tomorrow I'll have to take it to the post office which means I've paid postage twice. Will the cost of the label be refunded through ebay. Everywhere I turn is automated.
