Hi everyone, I tried to cancel a listing as the customer changed their mind, which is ok by me, but when it came to sending the money back to them (when pressing the cancel button), it says that there needs to be enough funds to send the money back. Do they mean enough funds from PayPal account or my bank account? So I can know which account to top up? Thank-you kindly for your time and help. Stay safe. X
