Hello , I order in Juni , and was not happy with the dress so I send it back , they have gotten my package back on the 4 of July and ask me if I wanted a new dress or my refund back , and I said my refund .. But for some reason I have not heard anything back from them or any refund . I have been sending nails after mail and no one is replying me back .. This is very sad ... I am never gonna order from them again , and I will absolutely write a very bad bad reviews about them ... So I really hope you guys can help me out ...here's my order nr 191848962937

Did you send it back by a tracked method, and did you open a case. If so, add the tracking number into the case and if it shows as delivered your refund should follow.
