Hi
i purchased some pushchair adaptors from a seller on ebay
i did ask them if they would definitely fit pram before purchasing and they confirmed they would (business seller
the adaptors don't fit my pushchair so they were sold not as described
i did request return through eBay and the seller refused to accept return for refund and eBay have closed case
Can I appeal this as I'm left with £50 apaptors that don't fit and out of pocket too
i thought I was covered. Y the money back guarantee
any help appreciated

You only get one chance on eBay.
So, if the eBay case is closed your only option is to open a case on PayPal if you paid that way, but please be aware that buyers always pay the return postage for PayPal cases, unless they sign up for the PayPal funded returns first.
