Refund

I've currently received an item which didn't fit, so I contacted seller they told me to send back and gave me the address to send it too. I did this went to do it through ebay and the postage for such a small item was disgusting. So I arranged my own delivery and I have a tracking number. So after all the messing about and messaging seller they told me they had received it. I've asked for my refund and they haven't sent it. They told me they have ans I've messaged and still nothing. I've tried to go in ans open a case file but seems I opened it to send it back I didn't print off label as I didn't use they form or postage they had down. Please help only want my money back and it wasn't my fault product was way too small.

You should have used the Label Ebay sent you. It is specifically Tracked  to your Return Case. Or Contacted EBay and asked them to add the Tracking Number you used into the Case. Without Confirmed Delivery back to the Seller you won't Receive a Refund unless the Seller voluntarily Refunds you?
