Refund

I've had order cancelled due to not being delivered.seller says I need to confirm cancellation before refund will come through...only option on eBay says cancelled and received refund but I haven't received refund and no other option?? How does this work please.

If the cancellation has completed you don't need to do anything.   Not all cancel options need buyer agreement. 

Paypal refunds return to the source of the original payment.  So if you used your debit card with Paypal the refund will return to your bank account which can take about 7 days.   Credit card refunds return to card and can take up to 30 days.  Only payments from your Paypal balance return to your Paypal account immediately.
