Hi. I sold an item (in great condition) but buyer is saying it wasn't and she asked for a part refund and cutting a long story short. She asked for a item return with I except ed and have paid the postage and been waiting since feb27th and still haven't received and just had a message back saying she will now except my amount I 1st offered (refund) ..
What can I do as she has messed me about since she received the item.???

Don't do a thing, ignore her message. If she opened a returns case and does not return within the deadline set by eBay then you will win the case - it will time out on her. If you try and involve eBay then they will simply refund her in full, whether or not you have received the goods back.
