Refund to debit card

Hi bought something and then cancelled it within about half an hour, the payment is still pending and came out of my debit card account, will it go back to my debit card, because I don't have a PayPal account.

You MUST close ebay account ASAP, you have to be 18 to open ebay account.

I'm on a adults account which I have been given permission for, but I'm using my debit card, as such I don't have PayPal
