Refund to debit card

Hi bought something and then cancelled it within about half an hour, the payment is still pending and came out of my debit card account, will it go back to my debit card, because I don't have a PayPal account.

Buyers cannot Cancel, they can only Request a Cancellation. However you cannot have an Ebay Account if you are not 18 years of age. You will find yourself Banned and every other family Member in your household will be Banned too.

PayPal process all Card Payments. Your Payment will have to clear into the Seller's Account before it finds its way back to yours? Maybe sometime.

As said better to close account before ALL associated accounts are also banned.

You MUST close ebay account ASAP, you have to be 18 to open ebay account.
