Refund to a buyer on combined postage

I have a buyer who wanted combined postage, invoice went wrong, and I now need to refund part of the postage.  Howe do I do this?

If you go to paypal transaction, you can click refund, make sure you put amount in or it will refund in full.

Ebay won't refund any fees but paypal will.

To send combined postage invoice, go to item in sold list, click send invoice, put in postage agreed, DO NOT RESET, click preview, check & send.
