Refund not released by Ebay

Hi there Ebay community

 

I recently requested a refund for a faulty item and have liaised with the seller throughout, however the seller says he has pressed the refund button at least 50 times, which should have returned my funds, but it hasn't! 

 

I've recently been on holiday and returned to find my refund log has now been closed and that makes it very difficult to get throguh to the right person to resolve this.

Both myself and the seller feel that we have done everything that we should but Ebay still hasn't released my cash.

 

Is there an easy way to go about getting this, preferably without having to have a telephone appointment?!

Did you return the item tracked and put the tracking into the dispute?

If you did not do so then the return would close in the sellers favour

What does it say in paypal

Check the item in your Purchase history and hover over where the £ sign is and it it was refunded then there should be a little cirle arrow and saying Refunded

 

There should be some indication that the refund went through

 

If the case has closed without your refund then open a not as described dispute in paypal and escalated it as soon as you can but within 20 days
