Hi everyone
could someone tell me the procedure for when a seller automatically refunds you for an item when that item has not been sent and a refund hasn't been asked for. I've bought an item and today received a message from the seller saying he had issued a refund because "his post office was closed "

The seller has cancelled your sale for the reason given he is unable to post it because his Post Office is closed.
The current unique situation we are in, we do have to give sellers a little understanding of the problems they are facing with posting out items on time and, if at all.
Nothing you can do, you have the refund, you could try and find another seller and buy again perhaps.
