Hi, On 21/1/21 I was told that eBay had refunded me for an item that had not arrived, but the payment has not arrived in my account. It seems impossible to actually contact anyone at eBay to find out what has happened. Could someone please advise me on best course of action. Many thanks.
Unless you Paid Directly from your PayPal Balance the Refund goes back to source. If you Paid by Debit Card it takes a few days to show up in your Bank Account. If you Paid by Credit Card it can take 30 days to show on your next Monthly Statement.
