Has anyone had problems trying to get a refund from Ebay USA? I recently sold an item to a buyer in the USA via the GSP. The item reached the UK HUB of the GSP but was then lost by them. Buyer has been refunded and Ebay USA have told me that as I provided proof of posting etc via tracking that I would get a refund within 48 hours. That was a week ago and still nothing. I have tried talking to eBay UK but they tell me it's up to the USA office to refund me! I can only call eBay USA not email them which I won't do due to the costs involved. Can anyone help as I'm going round in circles here. I'm out of pocket for something that isn't my fault!!
