Refund for returned item

I returned an item that was damaged. The seller paid for the return. They messaged me to say they had received it. That was 9 days ago and I still haven't received my refund. I asked why and they said it takes 5 working days to do a refund. It has beeen 9 days total, how do I hurry them up?! £18 should be sitting in my bank account, not theirs!

The only way to ensure a refund is to open a case and follow the instructions there to a T.

So , if you have not done so,  open a case for item not as described in the Resolution centre link at foot of most pages.  Enter that tracking number into the case details.

As tracking has shown delivery,  it gives the seller 2 days now to refund you.  If they do not,  then escalate the case,  and eBay step in and fully refund you.
