Why is it so difficult to get a refund from Packlink Ebay as taken money via Paypal but they have no record of it just want my money back as item was collected Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

money for postage is only taken if you click the print postage label option,
if you didn't do this, you haven't been charged postage
I think you are confusing paypals fees for processing the payment, with a charge for postage
