My item got lost in the post and the seller has failed to refund me after almost two weeks. They have told me to seek help using Ebay Customer Service but I can't work out how to open a case. The Resolution Centre keeps sending me around in circles and telling me to click on options that don't even exist. I just want my money back and the website is completely useless. Help?
Have you opened a formal 'Not received' case within 30 days from item expected delivery date, escalated to eBay on 4th. day and continued to completion ? ... ignore any Seller promises >
