Hi, I'm not getting along too well with the new layout for e-bay. E-bay have not taken an item off the selling list that I have already sold and been paid for. So, I need to refund the second buyer who thought this was available and paid. Can someone help me go through the steps to refund the buyer including postage. Thanks.
On My eBay click on the little arrow, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order. When that completes the refund is issued automatically.
