Hi, I sold an item a few days ago when I was putting it together to be sent I noticed a component was missing. As such I need to cancel the order and refund the buyer, I have messaged him to that effect.
how do I do this? As when I tried to cancel the order it keeps going back with a message saying you cannot cancel because the buyer has said he hasn't received the item?
