Refund Still Pending after 7days, when will I get my money?

I paid £895.50 to a seller who then told me that he didn't have the goods yet. I asked for a refund as I needed the item delivered within the time stated on the listing. Seller issued the refund but 7 days later it still shows as pending, what can I do please?

For such a sum I presume you paid with a Credit Card through Paypal checkout?

Did you receive an email from eBay thatn the refund has been made?  Then,  it can take up to 30 days to appear back in that card account.

I paid by Paypal from my bank account, not credit card. Thanks

Paying with a debit card, can take up to 12 days for it to appear back in your bank account, this takes in the non working business days that are weekends.

If you paid by paypal and haven't already opened a case for item not received then report it to paypal using the paypal resolution centre,if the item you bought was eligible for making a claim!
