Receiving payout.

I was due a payout from an item that I had sold on the 25th of December but have not received yet. Is this because of bank holidays? Will I get this payment next week?

If you have not received payment then you can open a non payment dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page

If you are on the ebay managed payments then how did you set the payment options

You could set them for daily or weekly

I have eBay managing payment and it is set on daily. Is it maybe because of Christmas Day to Tuesday 29th are bank holidays?

I think you are right that it is due to the holidays.
I set up a payment gift on my own personal bank for the 25th and that is pending until the 29th
