The seller has closed the return request, however he has agreed to accepth the item back after, due to wrong item been sent. What can I do in this case as there is no option to re-ope a return request?
I hope you can give me advise on that.

If the seller sent the wrong item you shouldn't have sent a return request, you should have used eBay's money back guarantee. The seller couldn't close this, and would even have been required to send a prepaid return label.
You can't re-open the case now, or open any other one on eBay.

Unlike eBay, PayPal requires the buyer to pay for the return postage, unless you first register for their (free) "Return shipping on us" service, see: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
