Re buying a vehicle then bank tranfere

Hi im hoping to win a van in auction.

The buyer wants me to bank tranfere the money after auction.

Im then to organise a courier.

Am I protected in anyway if the seller is fake and i dont get what ive paid for?

you never pay until you have seen and fully checked out the vehicle and documentation and are read to drive it away - there's no buyer protection for vehicles.
