Qr code for local collectio

does anyone know how the QR code scanning works for local collection. My selling listing seem to have had this requirement added where my buyer needs to scan a QR code to confirm collection. They don't have one. Help?!?!

this is a new system ebay has intoduced so sellers can mark items as collected

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
