Hi I am trying to contact a seller for a blow up of the picture of the puzzle that I purchased from the auction. I am unable to send the mail. What do I do?

There is one piece missing so I wrote the following which I don't think is abusive - I am happy to attach the picture of the missing piece as well.

Please could you send me the picture of the puzzle so that I can see if the piece I am missing is in the picture from the auction?
Perhaps a picture without the box placed over the puzzle?
I have attached my photographs - you can see where the missing piece is.

It just says Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later. everytime I try and send the mail.

What do you recommend that I do?

Just return the puzzle as not as described, assuming that the description didn't mention a missing piece.  The placing of the box seems suspicious.

unfortunately it wwas purchased in July and I only completed the puzzle last night. Ebay atre not interested as it is out of the 30 day money back guarantee. It just irritates me that people can be so dishonest.
