I paid for a few items on 17/01/16 the money has gone from pay pal but they are not listed anywhere as paid for or even ordered any ideas why this is

Hi,

The item and or seller of the item may have been removed from Ebay for various reasons.  I always thought you received an email about this.

One thing to check in your Purchase History page go to top left and click 'Not Hidden', all purchases should appear.

If it is not there you may still receive your purchase.  If not log into your paypal account, find the transaction and on the left click on 'Resolve a Problem'.  Open a case for item not received, and escalate within 20 days for a refund.
