I recently posted a coin to Colombia which the buyer asked to go International Standard.
She then said that she had not reieved the coin and I sent her the proof of postage.
She then made a claim against me and Ebay upheld her claim and so just debited my account.
What could I do and I think this system is open to fraud as proof of receipt is the only thing Ebay will acept and if the buyer won't pay ??????
