Can I ask how  the £1. max promo offer to sellers work, As I have a lot for sale, Yet my husband hardly sells on her, but gets this offer.

Does not seen Fair to me, So if I don't get the message to activate it, Does that mean I have not got the Promo Offer.

Oh Thank you for your Answers, Well its not worked in this instance, He will not sell on here because the Payments have changed to Ayden, and whilst seller are waiting for the Payments to be Processed, some cannot send out, so its leaving Buyers thinking they have paid, so why no send, Also if you have a Return, and they have paid by Ayden, They think they have not got it, as its no way as Quick as Pay Pal. So they are Leaving you Bad Feedback, when Ebay has done it for them, but its being Processed. Worst thing they did was coming away from Pay Pal, I will see how things Pan out, I also may be selling elsewhere if my Feedback takes a battering because of Ayden,

The fact is that eBay seems to offer the promotions at random.  No one knows the secret. 

You are correct that if you are not offered and accept the offer then I'm afraid that you have not got it!
