There is no product testing on eBay as eBay do not sell any products.....

There would be no facility for sellers to offer such a thing or buyers to use it due to the way in which eBay works.......if anyone suggests otherwise they are potentially scammers

I'm sorry, but I don't have any idea what you're asking about. EBay does not carry out any product testing. In fact, it makes clear that the product and its description are entirely the responsibility of the seller. You can however claim a refund if it isn't as described.

Or are you asking about the sale of "tester" bottles of perfumes etc?

If this doesn't answer your question could you try to explain it more clearly.
