I'm sorry, but I don't have any idea what you're asking about. EBay does not carry out any product testing. In fact, it makes clear that the product and its description are entirely the responsibility of the seller. You can however claim a refund if it isn't as described.
Or are you asking about the sale of "tester" bottles of perfumes etc?
