Problems shipping to Italy

Hi, Has any other seller experienced this problem, since the start of this year (2017) I have had so many complaints of items not received from Italy, this has never happened before not at this scale and not from any other country, please share your experienve with here if you have had similar experience, its really worrying me and am thinking of stopping to ship to Italy

Italian postal services are notoriously bad, best solution is to remove Italy from the Countries you ship to, then they can't bid.
