I have tried to put a bid on an item and it just keeps saying bidder doesn't have a linked PayPal account. I do have a PayPal account and have successfully bid for items previously, the last time being a few days ago. Any idea why I am getting this message? I have logged out and back in just in case it is a blip, didn't work.
