Problems paying by PayPal 20/5/21

I ve been trying all day to pay for a purchase by Paypal - you select to pay by paypal, you then log into PayPal, it takes you back to eBay but the payment hasn't been made.  The problem also occurred yesterday but eventually got rectified.  

Please can eBay or Paypal sort it out - I've already messaged PayPal but who knows if or when they'll respond, it extremely frustrating not being able to speak to anyone when a problem occurs.

We are members like you, you are not addressing Ebay or Paypal by using the Answer Centre. There is nothing we can do to sort out his sort of problem.

Contacting Ebay you use HELP & CONTACT, Paypal you would do better phoning if possible.
