There are no ebay staff here, you have to deal with problems yourself using the Resolution Centre. No one else can do it for you.
Just do as ruby*tuesday advises.
YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE LEFT a Negative, there are proper ways of dealing with Not Received Items and that does not mean the first the seller knows something has not arrived is a Negative.
If it is the Magnet you haven't received you had 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not Received. If you Paid through PayPal open a Case there. You have 180 days Buyer Protection.
